Is it the best choice for my position "log periodic antenna" ?

I don't know if you've seen this:

If you have access to the roof of any tall skyscraper in target area place this package there
and if you live within the range of up to several km you can control it right from your home

You can easily stream audio and change frequency/power from your PC and nobody will ever
know this is all coming from you, you're just a guy with a PC

but we are registered station with small budget

Solar power makes it expensive, the panels, battery... not cheap.

We'll release one with mains power, but solar is more convenient
as you really can put it anywhere.
