license problem in gwgsp810 remote control software

sir/Madam
We own a INSTEK spectrum analyzer (Model No-gsp 810). I am in need of the Remote control software (v2.1.0) for previously mentioned spectrum analyzer with license.I couldn't find the procedure for purchasing license for that software. please somebody help us...
