MAX PRO I LCD not work. Help!

Hello, I have a MAX PRO I LCD assembled, the LCD does not work, I believe that 89C4051 does not work well , have obtained a new chip 89C4051 and do not have the HEX to programme it , to send the HEX to gotrekg@hotmail.com.

If you purchased this unit assembled than it does work,
every unit is tested before it ships.

If this was a KIT than you messed something up,
contact our support for help.

There's a third option, you want our source code
for the microcontroller so you can steal our design.

It is not my intention to steal his(its) source code, my intention only was to repair the LCD, only I wanted the HEX assembled to programme the chip, not the ASM . I live in Spain and me it is more profitable to arrange it I itself, that to send to you.
