PCI MAX 2004 Installation Issues

I have reviewed the fourms regarding the drivers issues with PCI MAX 2004, and have tried them all! I load PCI Max, used that driver to load the card, then loaded the latest PCI MAX 2004 from the web site. When I go to update the driver, it replys that the best driver is already loaded. I forced it to load it and still get the same issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled in several combo's with no luck.

Thisis the error i get when i start PCI MAX RDS ...

"Unable to open PCI Max Card. LAst reported error: Failed locking device"

I click "OK" and Get

"Access violation at address 004393A3 in module "PCI_RDS_exe" of address 00000180"

Windows application log shows the following error....

"Faulting application pci_maxv11.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module pci_maxv11.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0004dd1b."

FYI: I am using Windows XP Media Center Edtion

Move PCI MAX to another PCI slot.
