I am looking for a pci card or something of that nature, that can broadcast on a low FM frequency (72.00 MHz). All help is greatly appreciated!

PCI MAX can be easily adapted to do that. How many do you need?

Just one. Is there a piece of software that I can tell it what to send? I'm experimenting with sending signals to a rc car from my pc.
