What's "PCIMAX 2005 RDS - with RDS"

Everywhere on the forum you say that it will come out soon, because there are some problems with it. But it is on your http://www.pcs-https://www.pcs-electronics.com/shop/pc ... tter-card/
page. But if I buy this, what do I get ?

We are ironing out sw problems, so it will take a few weeks
before you receive it.

Unfortunately I'll be in Taipei until Dec 15th or so.
