Power and modulation AM max

There was recently quite a discussion about the AM MAX. Someone had suggested that it was not capable of full modulation at full power of ten to fifteen watts. Since it uses PWM technique, should it really make a difference? I would think that the larger issue would be antenna matching.
Thanks.

I am interested in the AM Max transmitter too....
Modulation is very important to me. I would like to know if the max is capable of 100% modulation at full rated power before I buy.

It is.
Just make sure you use 20V or more. Small fan is recommended,
LC filtered 12V power for the fan is provided on the PCB (to eliminate
any noise coming from the FAN, experts will know what I'm talking
about).
Supply is a bit tight as we're shipping backordered transmitters first.
And a list of customers is already waiting.
DSP is great, you can set almost everything via LCD menu
system, including audio low pass filter, preemphasis, compression ratio.
If needed, there's carrier level and modulation depth trimmer
on the board.
19" rack enclosures are due next week.
