PCIMAX_2004_-_USA - Shipment

Please confirm receipt and shipment of my order. I was auto-directed to a page after I sent payment. The page said that the PCIMAX_2004_-_USA is sold out and that there is an extended wait. Please explain why that information wasn’t on the order page? The way the transaction occurred makes it appear PCS Electronics isn't being honest, then directing the buyer to a page after the transaction that says the product is not in stock. I would like a reply and explanation please. I am looking forward to putting my station on the air here in our small community.

My transaction ID for PayPal is Transaction ID: 92R36362Y67361444

Why don't you look at our main page:

https://www.pcs-electronics.com/

It says in big red letters:
We're currently under heavy load (PCI MAX 2004 untis are sold out temporarily) so please don't order unless you're prepared to wait a bit!

Its hard to make it any more obvious than this.

Units will be back in stock shortly so there's no panic.
And there's a good chance your order actually shipped already.

I guess you're right, I guess its time to update those pages.

But since units will be shipping full speed shortly it really is not
that big of a deal.

Sorry.

Whoopi for soon. How about being more specific with shipment dates?Soon is a relative term and could mean tomorrow, next month or next year.

I have been reading through the forum and see that delayed shipments are a constant problem. I don't know about anyone else, but my first experience with PCS Electronics is not inspiring confidence nor customer loyalty. I hope the product lives up to all the hype.

BTW, I paid for EXPRESS SHIPMENT. In favor of creating customer satisfaction, you guys should consider refunding that portion of my cost, seeing THERE WAS NOTHING TO SHIP in the first place.

Go look at the competition, none of them has a message board.

Does that mean they have no delays? Or do they have no guts
to setup a forum where people can bitch about it?

Express is just a tad more expensive than air mail.
But its not trackable and takes 2-4 times longer to deliver.
Is that what you want?

I just checked my CC record to see which shipping method I chose. I chose the air mail option. So my bad about the express shipping.

To give PCS-E kudos, I spoke to a satisfied customer over the weekend. He only had good things to say about the PCI Max, so I wait with anticipation for mine to arrive. And yes, PCS-E appears to be above board and willing to take the heat from us consumers. Having this forum where public complaints are aired and answered is a gutsy move! I also like that about DRS 2006. I bought the DRS2006 Std radio station automation software and Internet Broadcaster. They too don't mind taking the heat in the kitchen. So kudos PCS - E for keepin it real.

Thank you in advance,
