Dear mates:

First we don´t want to disturb this forum, so we apologize in advance.

There are 3 months since we made a purchase and since that we have been trying to contact Marko (or Sales department). We have not got any answer and we don´t understand what can be happening.

Please take a minute for giving at least a short answer.

Thank you very much

PCS, is currently under a heavy load of work. I'm sure they are just scrambling to take care of everything.

I sent an email asking about my PCI MAX 2004 order and I still havn't gotten an update on it. So you are not the only one.

Hi Sir Nigel:

Thank you for your answer but we can´t understand why don´t PCS says the same you have told us. It would be easier for all if we (all the costumers, not only us) could know what is going on.

We don´t want them to hurry up, we only want information about delivery

P.D.: Excuse me for my english but... I´m still learning

3 months? That's simply not true.

We answer every email. It can take a few days at most. Maybe
a week in extreme cases.

What really really pisses me off recently is that people use bad
spam filtering software. Setting up spam filters correctly is not
that easy.
And than I waste my time answering emails only to get back
an automated response that my message was blocked or that
the email address does not exist.

Which brings me to another frequent problem, people not knowing
their emails or people mistyping their email. Imagine a really long
and elaborated answer bouncing off.

The third problem is that people write to our hotmail address. It is
clearly stated right next to the place where this email is posted on
the website that this email is only there for MSn chat.
We do not read hotmail.

Ok, I feel better now :)

PS: PCI MAX 2004 is selling really well and there could be some delays
in delivery.

Ah, yes, I forgot, send me an email with order details
so I can check what's going on with this order. Sounds
like something went wrong with this one.

I'm sure we can fix the problem, whatever it is.

Just today I received a rather long email from Venezuela.

They're basically interested in serious cooperation etc etc.

Guess what, after all the trouble they went through they
mistyped their email so I couldn't answer....
