You can use PCI MAX 2004 and RDS MAX 2.0 together?

I am new here and I wanna ask if somebody know if you can connect RDS max 2.0 with the PCI MAX 2004 together.
I know that you must connect in audio the RDS encoder between the stereo coder and the transmitter but the PCI MAX 2004 is allso the stereo coder on board on this PCI board.
Or is there some special connection on this PCI max 2004?
Who can tell me this or maybe the webmaster of this forum?
