Interference Problems with PCI max Card

I have found interference problems with my PCI max card. After bootiing-up my PC, after about 5 minutes it produces spurious signals right over the FM band. These are strong enough to make broadcast stations unlistenable to. This occurs right over the house and garden so is not a proximity effect from TX to RX antenna.
The fix is to start PCI max and then close it. This immediately stops the interference. However this is inconvenient - especially when the kids choose to use the computer and don't know about the problem. An alternative would be to have the PCI max always running on-boot-up - but that would broadcast audio from games etc.
Any ideas to solve this problem?

I have the same problems too. Could it work to just have the software not start when you boot?

No - thats when you get the problem. If you set the software to run when you boot it prevents the problem, but causes a new one - the fact that you are broadcasting every time you turn the computer and play FIFA 2000 or whatever!

With what version of the board do you get this? PCI MAX 2004
has been redesigned.

This special discount is only valid till the end of March.

Hey, did you know you can use PCI MAX 2004 without the
PC? We have developed a small board with UP/DOWN
buttons and 4-digit LED display.

This makes it possible to use PCI MAX in stand-alone
mode or even put it into a dedicated small case.
