Hi

I am considering buying a PCI MAX ULTRA fm transmitter card
but i ant a few questions answered first.

I want to use the card just for fiddleing with and mucking around but

1. Is it legal in England?

2. Are their any fees after the first payment for the card?

3. What is the maximum range that can be transmitted from the card if it is just bought by itself? (Miles? Metres? Feet? )

4. What would i need to buy to extend the range (To a couple of miles preferably) and how much would it cost?
