I purchased a CyberMax+ from you a couple of years ago. It has been running practically non-stop ever since. Recently the FM transmitter has stopped working. I got an i2cerror, so I powered it off. Now the LCD display is blinking, it looks like it is stuttering and it will no longer respond. Do you know what is causing this and how I might resolve the issue?

If you have order number I can tell you how old your unit really is, that would also help with troubleshooting.

It would be useful to know whether it has old SE4000 or the new SE5000 stereo encoder.

It is best that you email me directly, you can than attach a photo of the unit or even better the interior.
