PCS-Electronics

Here are my questions:

1.If I buy the package with the PCIMAX, AMP, and antenna, what else do I need? (Cables, PS's etc)

2. I am 14 years old. Im asuming this will be quite easy considering im very farmiliar with electronics. Whats the setup process?

3. With the antenna and the amp what would the range be (about) in a dense suburb

4. In New York state (All of USA actually) what is the legal broadcasting limit for FM? Im expecting this to reach at least 5-7 miles.

5.What frequencies will this PCIMAX transmit on? What are the steps? (.5MHz?)
