I use a 150 watts transmitter with Dominator antenna connected with N Connectors. The antenna is placed on a 50 feet mast on a 3 storey building. When we power it on we achieve a coverage of less than 15 kilometers which is bothering me. What might be the problem. What do we need to check. Your advise is needed

If you've taken good care of SWR/tuning than range depends a lot also on terrain configuration, soil conductivity and things like that.

Also, you will find 150W isn't all that much power after all.
