Amp for PCIMAX3000+

I have a PCIMAX3000+ 3W Platinum.
Would the 300W Digital Rack Mounted Amplifier be a good match for this card?. I see that the amp needs 4W to 6W input and the PCIMAX is rated at 3W but for the small differance in price I do not really want to downgrade to the 150W Digital Amp which accepts a lower input.

If you buy the items together we make sure there is a pre-driver built-in.

Ah, as I said, I bought the PCIMAX about 3 months ago!
Does that mean that I can no longer buy the 300W amp now? or are you going to charge extra to fit the pre-amp?

When you order the amp write under comments that you want it for PCI MAX 3000 1W.

No, if you read the first post I have a PCIMAX 3000+ 3 Watt not 1 Watt.
Do I still need the mod?

Yes, 300W pallets normally need 4-6W of drive.

Just been told the upgrade will be 100 Euro extra, even though I've not got the amp yet!
Should have bought them both together.

Yup, when buying in combo you get a bit of discount.
