Due to power supply failure (operator error) a perfectly good 15 watt amp was fed about 18v. Now it will not put out any rf. Fuse good, graph lights up. Fan does not run. Any ideas on what I killed.

If you are lucky the BCP56 inside is dead. Its a SMD transistor close to output
stage.

If you're unlucky driver or final are dead as well.
