Tuning FM cavity filter

I am wondering how to tune FM cavity filter and what instruments I need for that? Hm... how can I check my filter...I am getting too much reflected power...and I think it is because of filter mismatch.

Well a spectrum analyzer with tracking generator is one way to do it.... if you have it that is.
Network analyer works as well.
If you don't tune it properly it may represent a very difficult load to your transmitter and
burn the final there.
