I was wondering whether the PCI Max software could be changed to allow greater fine tuning of the power output?

I have the 500mw version but I would would have thought the 1W & 2W versions could do with this feature instead of the "stepped" adjustments that the software does at the moment.

I don't know if the stepped power adjustments is down to the hardware itself or the software but would be interesting to find out.

PCI MAX 2007+ and most previous models have
16 power level steps. This goes from 0 to whatever
the maximum output power is.

We will consider 256 power level steps in future models.
