I have a PciMax installed in a Xp machine and the Pci software will not let me turn it off. Do you know a solution for this problem?

I have the same problem with Windows ME; it would be very nice if it could be solved. I'm using the PCI max as a wireless sound system and don't want to transmit anymore than I absolutely need.
