My pci max 2007 with RDS without PC

I can use my pci-card 2007 with a LCD control and a RDS card without my computer ? The rds data can be stored in the daughter card and can be transmited with audio signal without any programs and so any computer ? I want to buy a LCD control because have some problems of PCI port with my computer

Yes, you can program it once via COM port and than it stays saved even after power off.

ok thanks, but how i can program this with my "com" port ? With a specific program ?

Yes, there is a specific program as this RDS daughter board is also
used for ST-1 stereo encoder.
