Best way to connect sound card to XLR inputs

Not having used balanced XLR connections before, I'd like to find out what the best way is to send audio from a PC sound card (stereo mini plug) to the XLR inputs on the CyberMaxFM? I am assuming that it is not possible to keep the line balanced by just using cable adapters since the audio card output is unbalanced. If this is the case, do I need to send the audio to a preamp or line converter that has balanced outputs before connecting it to the transmitter?
I've had ground loop problems in the past, so I would like to take advantage of the balanced connections to avoid having these problems again.
If a box of some type is needed to do the conversion, does anyone have any economical recommendations?
Thanks!

RadioShack sells balanced to unbalanced converters, kind of audio isolation transformer.
If you can get that one it will be perfect.

Hi Marko,
I couldn't find anything on RadioShack's website. Would this work?

Thanks Marko - I didn't see that. Are the line level adjustments not necessary? Our soundcard manual says that its maximum line out level is +5.96dbV. Is that sufficient if I just get the line isolator and RCA/XLR adapters?

Yep, it should work.
I say first try the regular RCA inputs and if that doesn't take away the hum consider other options. No need to spend more money than necessary.
