150w setup questions

I was originally interested in the PCI max 1w with the 15w amp as I have the ability to sit about 450 feet above my town (town is about 20 miles north to south, and 10 miles east to west and I will be on the western mountains).
I have recently decided that I would probably be better off with an 150w amp in the event that need broadcast from down in the town.
I have been told that the PCI max 1w will work with a stronger amp, but then I believe that I read in the manual for the PCImax that they are not designed to push bigger amps. Could any one shed some light on this? If I had the money I would simply go for the CYBER MAX FM 150W, but unfortunately I don't.

To sum it up, which one of these would work out best for me keeping in mind that my budget is low;

PCImax 1w with/
150W FM amplifier with MOSFET technology

Or the

CyberMaxMicro 2+ 1W FM transmitter with/
150W FM amplifier with MOSFET technology

Thanks in advance

It would be better to buy a stand-alone 150W transmitter.

Hmmm...

"If I had the money I would simply go for the CYBER MAX FM 150W, but unfortunately I don't."

I realized that, that would be the best option, but as I mentioned I don't really have the money. Did you miss that part, or are you saying that both the options I mentioned would not be worth setting up at all?

Ok than, I understand.

I would definitely use a stand-alone unit to drive the amp, at least try to do that.

CyberMax 1W would be a better bet from that perspective. Maybe even RDS.

When you're ready drop me an e-mail and I'll see if I can cut you a deal.

Sometimes this can be arranged, especially if you have a website and can place
our banner there or if you have a good project going on.
