I recieved an email on Feb. 4 saying that everything was taken care of, and payment had been recieved. I've sent two emails inquiring as to the status of my order, and have recieved nothing. Now I really don't know what to do. From all the people that are messaging about their success with these products, I don't think this is a scam or anything, and Marko seems like a really helpful, upstanding guy, but I'm feeling pretty shafted at the moment. I even paid for air mail... thanks, -george
p.s. Marko, if you're reading this i'm # 50313. please help...

Did you at all contact us via email regarding this?
Air mail is the slowest available delivery method, it takes
from 1-3 weeks to reach US. When in hurry you should go
for express.
Shipping department can be reached at
5r@pcs-electronics.com
and you can get an exact date there.
YES I DID!!!!

Hey,
I believe Peter has answered your question immediately.
The order system now sends out the email above for questions about
delivery so that I can concentrate on more pressing matters and you
get your information faster.

Do not dispair!
Whenever I ordered my kits(i'm now on my 4th PRO-1 kit!), there was a 3-4 week postage delay - even with air-mail.
If you pay big-bucks for international corrier, then you should have the kit within a week, but this is quite an expensive way to get it.
Please keep us posted!

As I said already air mail is slow for everyone except
Europe. It takes up to one week for Europe, but more
for australia, New zealand etc.

Air mail can be slow sometimes even for europe. With all the tension in the world at the moment everything is double or triple checked at the post offices and customs. I can't really do much more but nag at the post office about it.
Best regards
Peter
