Buying a Mac

Hi all,

I'm buying a Mac, which means I won't be able to use my PCI-MAX (2004 vintage) within the computer. Since I also get poor range from the card, I've decided to upgrade to a newer model, and consider an external solution.

That being said, I'm looking for suggestions. I never did get a good antenna for my transmitter and wonder if you can recommend one that's suitable for a 1W transmitter? (PCI-MAX 2007). I'm in Canada so I'd like to avoid buying one from PCS (no offence Marko) because the shipping can be costly.

Can you help?

1. All cards now ship with a better antenna (included), although for serious range I recommend
a comet or a similar antenna. The magnetic base antenna works well for medium requirements.

2. I've been able to get additional rebate on shipping so this should be less now, in some cases a lot less.
