Hi! This is Derrick. I am new to the RDS stuff and I just purchased a PCI MAX 2006 RDS board. I can transmit music to the FM reciever but I can't get the txt files to show up on it. Any tips on this?? Maybe the software needs to be updated? I am currently using PCI MAX 2006. Thanks a lot.

Are you using the 2006 driver?

I tried both 2005 and 2006 versions. Could you show me the link to download the latest driver?? Thanks a lot.

Does the RDS sign show on the radio?

And most importantly, did you buy and install the RDS daughter board?

Yes, the RDS sign is on, however, the 8-letter entry that I entered is not showing up on the radio reciever. Also, yes I purchase the RDS daughter board and also tried to adjust the resister value. What else can I do??

You did click the update button to send the text?
How about delays? All non-used ps fields should be set to delay = 0, the
used fields should be accompanied with a delay of 1 or more.

I tried to the update button but it still doesn't work. Also, one time as I was turning on the program, it linked to me a site which told me that the PCM RD 2006 software that I was using has been expired. I need to pay $39.95, I think, to buy the software. I wonder if that is from you guys. If it is, I would like to purchase the latest driver. Please let me know. Thank you!!

Pay for the driver?!

You must have a funky virus installed to display such a weird message. None of our drivers require payment.

Unless I'm crackers (crazy), PCS won't charge for drivers.

Try downloading some anti-virus and spyware removal programs!

Thanks for the suggestion. Can anyone show me the link to the download page. I tried to setup an account online but it won't work.
