My PCI MAX 2006 has blown when I connected power supply 15 Volts. Polarity was right. It have blown chip. Please tell me what name has this chip? May be anybody can give me schematic diagram of PCI MAX 2006?

Sounds like a voltage spike, I wonder what kind of a power supply you used.
