Any word on this matter? I'm having the same problem.. My order # 54678.. It's been 3 weeks.. What's up??

This is simply not the place for this kind of questions.

E-mail us directly, I can't even forward this to shipping department
from a forum.

Use e-mail at our website or even better the email form at our website
http://www.pcs-electronics.com/en/index ... b=aboutpcs
This way you'll know your spam filter is not interfering when you
receive automatic confirmation of delivery in a few seconds after
submitting a question. If you do not receive such confirmation, you'll at
least know your spam filter is intercepting our messages.

Please don't assume this is a small problem, a few our emails a day
bounce and are not delivered. Some people even do not know their
email address, they place www. in the beginning, there is no @ etc
etc, I could go on for hours. In hotmail or yahoo make sure you check
your spam folder (cleaned every couple days, I think).

Yes, e-mail is nowadays about as reliable as Polish Fiat, and that's
one crapy car indeed for those who are not familiar with it. Courtesy
of bloody spammers and the abundand counter-measure spam filters.

[Edit by Marko for content and clarity]
When you place your order please specify a valid phone number. This is required by Fedex to contact you if you are not
at home. Also MAKE SURE you specify a VALID email address. And make sure there are no spam filters engaged.

These two vital pieces of information are the only way to contact you in case fedex is unable to deliver the package.

In this particular case fedex wasn't able to deliver the package and it has been returned to us now. It is here in our office.
We had to pay return shipping and an extra fee by the customs for returning package.

You are not the only one with this problem. We have had 2 similar cases this month. Usually very rude, calling us names. In
the end it turns out the package comes back to us, fedex can't reach them via phone and they don't read our emails.
So next time before you call someone names think about it.

Thank you!

This is how we will handle this from now on, if you want tracking info in the forum
we will publish it along with order details, including what you ordered and your
full address.

Are you guys ok with that? If not, email us directly.

I hae a better Idea

No an email would be nice though.. jerseyru@gmail.com

No offense but this is the only way I have ever gotten a response from you guys. I used 3 different methods of contacting you. and no response for a couple weeks till I posted in a public forum. Then I got an email the next day. So I figured Id stick with what gets your attention.

So if you could get that info to jerseyru@gmail.com I'd appreciate it.. Thanks.

The only possible explanation for absence of reply can be that you've got a spam filter.
You may not know about it, it could be at ISP level. They could be using ORBL or similar
unreliable method of spam prevention.

Every e-mail is answered. It may take up to 3 business days, but we answer every email.

Try using our hotmail address for the msn

I'm on it

Can't be spam filter. All suspected spam goes to a folder marked spam for my review and is not deleted until I delete it. GMail (google mail) will not delete your email rather, it separates junk mail. Only I can delete the mail. But I will send another email to you right now.

I haven't received any emails and neither did Nina. There are none under hotmail as well.

So where did you write?

I wrote to the hotmail like you asked.. . Check your spam filter.

I was thinking of the other one. I don't think peter is ever checking his hotmail.

You might want to change what the Contact Us page says Marko. When you say "WE DO NOT READ THIS EMAIL!" it might make people think only the marko_slo address isn't used for email.
