i was considering going fm low powerd of course but i wanna stay legal by anymeans i have some money to spend and i currently run a stable dj network amp-radio.org and im wondering if there is any of you that could point me in the right way on how to go about getting it all setup legit i wouldnt mind broadcasting 24/7 if possible i play promo sets 100 legal on shoutcast sooo my music selection would not be anything th at could get me in trouble on air i run a 1.8ghz pentuim 4 service pack 2 i have extra pci slots if there is any type of fee license whatever i think i can cover it let me know i think you all would know thanks amp radio

I'm not sure where you live... If you're in the States you can apply for a Low Power FM License (LPFM). It seems incredibly hard to get and implies that the FCC doesn't want to allow more broadcasters (perhaps because no money can be made from non commercial low power broadcasters?). Anyway Recnet have some good information on it.
