Transmitter & Antenna

Hello for Finland!
I gonna order 2005 version of pci card, but i have one question.
I checked the antennas, and founded RPL 0205.
It says:
Features:
HI GAIN 6dB
WIDE BAND no-tune operation
Easy to assemble/disassemble (1/2 hour)
Attractive price
does that wide band no-tune means, i dont need to tune the antenna, if i want to change my radio frequency? so i can just change frequency into my comp and go on ?
