i got the program to work by running it in DOSbox and creating a file named rds32.cfg to go with it.
now what i need to know is, how do i connect the encoder circuit to my transmitter?
any help would be appreciated.

hey...
i think on your transmitter there shud be a 'data in' pin..try using that...i have an FM transmitter and it does have a data in pin...
