What kind of schematics do you miss?

HI! I would like to have PCB layout for 24CM link.
I made one ATV transmitter well actually it was not TX but i could tansmitt
picture.However it was not PLL stabilised because i cant find components for PLL.(MC12179) is very hard to find,so can anyone help me please.I would like to know where can i get it and how much it costs.please send EMAIL:

I would go for PLL followed by antennas
Schematics for link (Bands 1 3 and 4) transmitters/recievers would be nice as well
