I live near a small town and am looking at creating a little radiostation but the problem is I live too far out of town for a setup that is in my price range. So i was wondering what I would need to run it out of my car. Is all I need just a power inverter and if so what wattage would the Cyber Max Fm 15w pull from the power inverter, or could i just run it out of a cigarette lighter jack. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Never mind i found the answer to my own question but i was wondering if anyone else has ever done this out of their car. Also i was wondering if i would be better off if i used a mlb6600 antennae rather than a comet because it wouldnt look so obvious on the top of my car or do you think the loss of signal wouldnt be worth it.

Comet is too big for your car

Right, if he does we're all expecting to see the picture here.

Should look magnificient and totally "stealth".

Well when i was thinking the comet i was thinking more along the lines of going and parking somewhere and have it on a colapseable pvc stand or somethin to help it get some height. so i was trying to see what anyone else thought on mobility versus superior signal.

oh yeah is the difference between the
Cyber MAX FM 15W (DC 13.8V/5A)
and the
Cyber MAX FM 15W (110-240V)
just that the second one is priced with the power supply included

Yes

DSP version also has limiter, sharp low pass filter, a notch at
19KHz and compressor, all this adjustable via LCD.

maybe a directional would be a solution.
