I have PCI Max wtih SAM3 and I play music obviously and the songs do not play through the card. Then when certain tracks like news and promos play they come through fine. Any Ideas?

Whatever goes through sound card goes through.
Make sure you can hear it at the output of sound card
and it'll be ok.
