Make a small internet server then have the studio connect to the server and have them hook up a pc to ur sound mixer and turn up the input from the live stream. Thats wut we do when i go on location somewhere. Problem is u need internet.

There are so many novel ways to remote... You can just put a computer where your transmitter is and install a wireless LAN card in it... Then take your laptop with WiFi and setup your network so that the mike input from the laptop is sent through the WiFi network card to the computer at the transmitter...

Or, hook up a two to four wire adapter on your telephone line and call your station with a cellphone... If you have a good plan and lots of minutes, or free minutes after peak hours, you can just use your cellphone for the remote.... With a good headset the audio isn't that bad...

Of course you'll need someone at the station to control the feed and spin the vinyls, but for a sports cast of the local high school ball game, I think either way would work...

If you get a local area wireless network card on your home computer, you can install a dish antenna for the 2.4 GHz band and put it outside, pointed in the direction of your school... With two dishes, one at home and the other on your laptop, the wireless range could be extended up to 6 or 8 miles line of sight....
