PCI and using SAM

do you have to have SAM to use PCI Max and what is the RDS that comes with PCI.

You do not have to have sam.
RDS is radio data system, sending messages to redio receiver.

Nobody needs it.
Its an extra service, not very popular in the US
but quite common in europe.
