Sorry, been a bit busy lately.

Remember, you are not talking to a multinational gazillion dollar
company, we are a small family run business. And it is December,
a very busy time of the year. So bear with us, will you.

I did receive your email and answered it today.

And regarding not testing our cards, every card is tested.
The problem with all pre-2006+ models was that some
motherboards did not like it. I believe we nailed this one
with 2006+.

Hello Marko,
Like I said before I am sorry, I was just at my wits end with the card, I was really wanting to get my station up and going before Xmas, but oh well things happen. Well where do we stand with the issue at hand? do I need to return my card to you before you send me another one or do you send me the card and I return the old one?

Hello,
I just wanted to say one thing Marko I haven`t recieved the return instructions yet,If you haven`t sent them that is fine, The reason I am writing is because, my e-mail seems to be messed up or something because I have been waiting on a e-mail about a job and haven`t gotten it yet, and that`s not like the company not to send e-mails when they say they are going to.Anyway to anyone out there that has been watching this particular forum, Marko has really been understanding about my problem even though I said a few things out of hand he has really been nice and Professional about the whole situation, and you can`t beat that for service.

You're using a Yahoo! email account (that's what's in your profile)? How can you be losing emails? At worst I have to check my "bulk" folder sometimes, but that's all.

Have Marko send them by means of the private message system within the forum.

2005 works, doesn't it?

No it doesn't work. My computer thinks that the 2006 card is a network card.

Actually my card has been working well for several weeks.

Then it didn't, I got this message..."Failed locking device."

Now what???

If that happens to you, use the 2004 drivers instead.

It worked! :)

Now get this, I have a new 2006 card that worked several weeks with the 2005 software. Then it died for no apparent reason. Is there a similar problem with the 2006 software.

I downloaded the following 2004 software per Sir Nigel's recommendation...

PCI MAX 2004 (Updated on July 19th, 2004 - 1,7MB) for WinXP, 98, and 95 (usually also works in ME and 2000) This is for the new PCI MAX 2004 without the power adjustment trimmer (now adjustable in software)!

And the card worked again. :)

I'm pleased but somehow I do think an explanation is necessary. :-?

Is it their yet

The card did not arrive yet.

Two things are at the customs and it'll take a week or so to get them
out.

Try emailing directly, that will always get you a faster respons.

We do not have a dedicated person just for the forum. We check it
occasionally, but not daily.

I suspect perhaps the card is not firmly seated in the PCI slot?!

I do not expect 2006 driver would do anything for this.
