i thought i have buyed the PCIMAX 2005 RDS - with RDS, but it don´t have RDS ???

Hiiii ! im very new and a noob with thisand i have a little problem with my pci max 2005 with rds
I have instaled everything and the transmitter works but how do i get my rds working ??
