The output chip on the pcimax has an absolute max voltage of 15V I think.
I would make sure you are using a regulated supply if you are going to push the max.

The noise I get isn't from the power supply on my transmitter. It's from the processor. I think the newest version fixes some of those problems though.

I just revived my old PCIMAX card that I used to use in a pentium III machine. I have never been happy with the noise it put out and now its the same in my athlon 1Ghz machine

I know theres a power supply fix (where you cut the power trace on the pcimax card and feed the card with a clean power ...

What drivers from the download area will work with this on windows XP pro-sr2???

I'm using the driver for the ultra now and it works however, on startup I get an error from winXP that I can clear then everything works fine.

Can I use a newer driver???
