Anyone using this antenna?

Is it anygood? Its relatively cheap.
I am new to the hobby and just trying to transmit from my PC to the neighborhood.
What is the difference between 1/4 and 5/8 wave as far as broadcasting is concerned?

Just wondering how you made out.
I am in a condo also.
I just got my card, installed it and used the wire antenna that came with it and my neigbor who is next door and up one level can listen to my broadcast no problem.
