Also I have tried to adjust power transmission down using the software but noticed no change. Do I use the potentiometer on the card?

I am using version 2.0 of the software, is this the latest? WHen I go to device manager and check driver ...

My card is working and transmitting like a champ. But The highs are very scatchy or breaking up. I am streaming with Winamp and using the Sound Solution 1.31 with some of the free preformayyed setting. So far no luck.
Help please.
