The antenna was already there, it's in the building where I work. It simply goes from the back of a Kenwood TK-762H into the ceiling tiles, and I'm just assuming it connects to others in the building, and eventually finds its way to the roof. Read the fcc site...even if there were frequencies available, you've probably been beat to the punch many times over...you'd maybe be put on a looooong list. Getting a license is a nightmare...if you bought an existing licensed station, that would be about the only way. Big Bucks.
