I was just wondering how involved it was to start a radio station in the Dominican Republic? has anyone done this? is it as involved as it is here in the US?

I was woundering do you have to have a degree in TV/Radio for the FCC to give you a license for a commercial radio station? or will the give a license to anyone? I know it's probably imposible to even get a licsense. I've been loking throught the FCC website but the don't say. I would like to start ...

Hi, I was just wondering I'm thinking about starting a Classic Rock pirate radio station in the Carribean. My question is where does a radio station get it's music from? I've got about 100 cd's maby more of Classic rock and Oldies would I be able to use them?

it's in Central America on the Caribbean next to Honduras and south of Mexico.

Hi, I was just wondering I'm going to be moving to Belize in about a year and I'm thinking about starting a pirate radio station down there. Do they have laws down there regarding Pirate radio stations like we do here?
