This is the error message.

I downloaded the update. Apparently that has made the problem worse. Instead of having to reset the software once a day, now it will only last a few hours before having to reset with the error message in my earlier post.

I guess I am not impressed. I have an email from you that is dated 29 February 2012 where you said, "I will be happy to send you updated RDS encoder as soon as it is out." That was over a year ago, 26 months actually. How much longer do I have to wait?
