I don't have a nice photo, but it is cable + connectors and it is good quality.
It is good quality for 23h and 59 minutes.

But if you transmit one more minute it explodes :)

Of course I am kidding here, it will handle 24/7.

If you want even better specs get the 1KW or 2KW combiner.
