Yes I did download everything and when I conencted the RDS to my computer it notified me that everything had been installed correctly and is working but for some reason I cannot get the Com port to function - any ideas...........other than starting again because I have already done that.

Please help - I have downloaded the drivers for the RDSMax4000 and it keeps telling me that the selected COM1 port does not exist.
Frustrating or what!!!!!!!!!!!
Can anyone help me with this problem please................
