Thanks for Reply, One final question is on the legal side. As mentioned before im planning to broadcast around 3-4 miles. Will i need a license for this. Ive tried researching this but havent found an answer yet.

I was looking at Package C with the GP Antenna. Will that give me good range and good sound quality? Also, CyberMax Model E* which is mono, is that not the full package?
