2SC2539 -replacing the stock 2SC1971

I located a 2SC2539 however i didn't realise it was a VERY much different package type.
In theory i could connect this to a MaxPro1, but how different are the pin-outs to the 2SC2539.

MaxPro1 led display (not lcd)

Hi.
I also have the same red led board on my Maxpro 1 and it too is a bit dodgy.
Can i buy a new 4digit red led unit from you Mr PCS please?
How many UK pounds is 4.99EURO's?

I thought that DirEttore was a great program. It is fully automated and is free!
If you want the Pro version just donate a few dollars and he'll send it to you, plus free updates as and when they come out.

Could a 2SC2539 be applied to a MaxPro1 board with absolutely no other alteration other than correcting it's pin-out???
