We finally got things on track. There was a little miscommunication on both ends, but we finally figured things. I want to apologize for bringing personal issues to a public light. Alot of this was motivated by frustration. But we are good now. Thanks for listening!!

The only possible explanation for absence of reply can be that you've got a spam filter.
You may not know about it, it could be at ISP level. They could be using ORBL or similar
unreliable method of spam prevention.

Every e-mail is answered. It may take up to 3 business days, but we answer every ...

This is how we will handle this from now on, if you want tracking info in the forum
we will publish it along with order details, including what you ordered and your
full address.
