it is also not likely that he matched you by your ip address (possible but with a long prosses) if you have a stactic ip address enless you signed up both accounts on the same day ...

I have found plans for a few tracking becon trantmiters but no recivers.
They say just listen to your radio for the silence, but, for me it is just not good enought. :x

just use a form of repater hidden some were and use a directnal antenner pointing at the repater. then when the fcc trys to track you down all they get is a repeater


could it be possable to use a passive repeater mabye?
